A one-stop shop productivity tool with project management tools that are highly customisable. I talso integrates easily with other great tools.

Clockify
Great time-management tool for multiple projects at once.

Loom
Screen recording software for when I record tutorials for clients and my channels.

Slack
A communication hub for me and my clients, it integrates with loads of tools including Notion, and boosts my workflow efficiency.
Marketing insights

Ahrefs
Backlink and keyword research suite with lots of bells and whistles.

Semrush
I use this for a more overall picture of my digital marketing. Lots of more bells and whistles.

Zapier
Integrates with loads of platforms, I use it to automate workflows between my different data points.

Screaming Frog
Website crawler with an SEO audit tool that almost gives you too much information (if that’s possible).

Google Sheets
Spreadsheet software, Google’s answer to Excel.

GA4
A place where you can set up and view all of your website analytics with event-based tracking.

Google Search Console
A great tool for identifying website issues, and monitor your search performance.

Google Tag Manager
A tool that enables you to deploy and manage your tracking code snippets in one place.

Meta Business Suite
Manage all things facebook and instagram here, including posts, ads, and audiences.

Tableau
Tableau is an advanced data visualisation tool that is extremely scalable, giving you the ability to integrate multiple data sources across your marketing stack.

Looker Studio
Google’s free online data visualisation studio.

Microsoft Clarity
A free user behaviour suite that produces heatmaps, session recordings and insights. It’s Microsoft’s answer to ‘Hotjar’
Advertising platforms

LinkedIn Campaign Manager
A tool that enables you to deploy and manage your tracking code snippets in one place.

Meta Ads
Advertise across Meta’s entire portfolio, with a wide range of targeting setups and the new Advantage+ feature.

Google Ads
Google’s PPC platform where you can target your specific market via an auction based bidding system.

Microsoft Ads
Microsofts’s PPC platform which follows the same logic as Google Ads, however, can be seen as more suitable for B2B PPC due to vendor lock-ins.

TikTok Ads Manager
Create, manage, and monitor your ads across the TikTok platform. This is perfect for cheap brand awareness campaigns

Another popular CMS, which is slightly more limited but more user-friendly for those with less website experience.

A CMS that is that’s great for A/B testing and data-driven optimisations to improve UI/UX.
